Each saison we present some interesting, beautiful, touching, poetic images and activities out of the ABC-collection. We borrowed the title of our magazine 'Orbis Pictus' from the Tsjech filosopher, theologist and pedagogue Jan Amos Comenius (1592-1670). He wrote the first children's encyclopedia 'Orbis Sensualium Pictus', which was an illustrated manuel in Latin. We can send you a copy of Orbis Pictus on demand.
