Désirée is a Cameroonian who, living in her Western European terraced house, sometimes longs for her ‘home’. She builds a clay hut at the back of her garden, under the disapproving eyes of her neighbours. Only the little white boy from next door brings her cups of tea and tries to understand what is going on.
